As we take our time to settle into this sudden change of lifestyle, let us ensure we share in as much Yoga as possible. We must keep our minds anchored, our bodies moving and healthy and our hearts wide open. As Gaia is breathing a cleaner breath, so long as we all endure this well, the possibility of a much needed shift in global consciousness could well be here!

Our regular Zoom classes are now running 6 times a week:
Monday / Wednesday / Friday – 8 am 1 hr Wake Up Practice
Wednesday – 7 pm – 90 min Full Vinyasa
Saturday – 9.30 am – 90 min Full Vinyasa
Small Group Sessions / Privates available on request.

I have been overwhelmed with requests to join me at Zoom classes. If you have requested to join, you will be receiving regular invites to many sessions. Then simply create your space at home, set up your laptop or smart phone 5 minutes before the session.
One to one sessions are available on request.
