    Thanks Jo – it is so important to protect the wrists and use the clasping, grasping action of the hands to support the weight. The wrist exercises give a rare opportunity to explore their full range of movement, not always comfortable but hugely beneficial!

    Thanks Fiona, this is very useful. I also like / hate (!) the wrist exercises we sometimes do in class as they seem to really help.
